Beginning with sets that use a lighter load and higher rep count, progressing to heavier load and lower rep count. Example; 15 at 220, 10 at 250, 6 at 280, 3 at 320 2. Beginning with sets that use a heavier load and lower rep count, progressing to lighter load and higher rep count, opposite as above example
